Custom Labels let you organize ASINs into meaningful groups (by category, supplier, brand, etc.) so you can quickly search, filter, and analyze performance across your catalog. You'll see Labels available throughout the various Profits pages as a filter option.
Adding Labels to a Single Product
Labels are managed from the Product Manager page.
Open the product's settings menu by clicking the edit (pencil) icon on the right side of the product row.
Select Labels from the Product Settings dropdown.
Click + New Label, type your label name, and save settings.
📝 Label names must contain only alphanumerics, dashes, or underscores — for example: my-product_007.
Bulk Applying Labels
To label multiple ASINs at once:
Use the checkbox dropdown at the top of the product list to select products (or pick individual rows).
Click Bulk Labels from the bulk actions menu.
In the Bulk Product Labels pop-up, click + New Label to add the label(s) you want to apply, then save settings.
📝 The limit is 5 labels per product.
Searching and Filtering by Labels
Once your products are labeled, you can filter data by Product Labels in the Profits Dashboard. Scroll to the By Product Labels section to view performance broken down by each label.
The Product Labels section breaks down each label's performance by:
Products (count)
Units Sold
Number of Orders
Gross Revenue
Amazon Fees
Advertising PPC
Total Cost
Net Profit
Margins
