The Order Manager under Operations allows you to select one or multiple orders and apply actions in bulk. This helps you manage emails, review requests, and DNS settings more efficiently.
How to Select Orders
Each order in Order Manager includes a checkbox on the far left side.
Click the checkbox to select an individual order.
The selected row will be highlighted.
You can select multiple orders at the same time.
To select all orders displayed on the page, click the grey checkbox at the top left of the table (next to “Type”).
How to Open the Actions Menu
After selecting one or more orders:
Click the dropdown arrow next to the top grey checkbox.
Choose the action you want to apply.
The selected action will apply to all selected orders.
There are 8 actions available:
1. Send Email
This allows you to send an email from a saved template immediately to your selected customer(s).
2. Trigger "Review Request Button"
This allows you to send the Review Request button to the selected order.
3. Mark Do Not Solicit for order
When an order is marked DNS, no emails can be sent for that order or in the future, and also block all emails from the campaign manager to be sent pertaining to this order.
4. Remove Do Not Solicit for order
If an order is marked DNS, this action will remove the DNS, so emails can be sent again
5. Mark Do Not Solicit for buyer
When a buyer is marked DNS, no emails can be sent, and it will also block all emails from the campaign manager from being sent pertaining to this buyer.
6. Remove Do Not Solicit for buyer
If a buyer is marked DNS, this action will remove the DNS, so emails can be sent again
7. Bulk Edit Labels
This allows you to edit labels in bulk.
8. Custom DNS Upload
This allows you to mark DNS for orders/buyers in bulk.
📖 Important Note:
Bulk actions only apply to the orders currently selected.
DNS settings at the buyer level override order-level email permissions.
Always confirm your selected orders before applying an action.
