Product Review Manager Overview

Learn how to use Product Review Manager to monitor incoming reviews.

Written by Krissy

Review Manager lets you monitor, search, and analyze incoming product reviews across your catalog. It centralizes review data, filtering options, and quick actions so you can respond to customer feedback faster and keep tabs on product performance.

💡 The Product Review Manager will ONLY display new incoming reviews for products on your Product Monitoring list, so be sure to set that up first by referring to Alerts.

Once you're set up, you can contact us to request up to two months of review history for Amazon marketplaces other than Amazon US.

Filters and Search

1. Search Options

You can search for reviews using any of the following:

  • Date Range

  • ASIN

  • Review ID

  • Product Lists

  • Label

  • Star Rating

  • Verified Purchase

  • Notes

This makes it easy to zero in on the exact set of reviews you want to analyze, whether you're tracking a single ASIN or comparing performance across a label group.

2. Grouped vs. Filters View

Use the two toggles in the top-right corner to switch between viewing reviews as Grouped (organized by product) or Filters (a flat list with filter controls).

Review Details

Each review displays the critical information you need at a glance:

  • Product Info: Name, SKU, ASIN, number of competitors, average rating, and total reviews.

  • Review Date: When the review was submitted.

  • Review Details: Star rating, verified purchase (VP) tag, and the reviewer's comments.

  • Action Button: Contact Amazon support or jump directly to the review or product page on Amazon.

Click the three-dots button to see the option to contact Amazon or Walmart support directly from this page.
