Within the Order Manager, you can use Custom DNS Upload to mark multiple orders or buyers as Do Not Solicit (DNS) at once.
Do Not Solicit (DNS) prevents FeedbackWhiz from sending emails related to an order or buyer. This includes automated campaign emails and review requests. DNS is commonly used when a buyer has requested no contact or when you do not want follow-up emails to be sent.
How to Use Custom DNS Upload
1. Go to Order Manager.
2. Click the top left grey checkbox area.
3. Click the dropdown arrow to open the bulk actions menu.
4. Select Custom DNS Upload.
5. A pop-up will appear for the Custom do not solicit (DNS) upload. Enter the Amazon order IDs on each line or separated by commas (1000 max).
6. You have the option to mark DNS for Order or Buyer.
Do Not Solicit (DNS) – Order blocks emails for that specific order only.
Do Not Solicit (DNS) – Buyer blocks emails to that buyer for the current order and any future orders.
Use Buyer DNS carefully, as it applies to all future purchases from that customer.
7. Once selected, click Set under Action.
8. Then, click Mark Orders to save the list.
The selected orders or buyers will now be marked as DNS.
If you prefer to blacklist buyers or orders individually instead of using bulk upload, refer to the article on how to manually mark an order or buyer as Do Not Solicit (DNS).
