How do I create a Custom Alert?

Create Custom Alerts to monitor specific events and get notified based on your selected service, conditions, and frequency.

Custom Alerts allow you to set up notifications for specific events across your FeedbackWhiz services. Each service has its own set of conditions, subconditions, and frequencies so you can tailor the alert to exactly what you need to monitor.

How to Create a Custom Alert

1. Navigate to the Alert Settings page.

2. Click + Create Alert. A pop-up window will appear.

3. Select the Service: Email Summary, Feedback Manager, Order Manager, Product Monitoring, or Profits.

Each Service will have its own condition, subcondition, and frequency to select.

  1. Email Summary: Daily, Weekly, Monthly

  2. Feedback Manager

    1. Condition: Feedback Rating and Feedback Removal

    2. Subcondition: Any Rating, Rating, Positive Feedbacks, Neutral Feedbacks, Negative Feedbacks

    3. Frequency: Immediately

  3. Order Manager

    1. Condition: Order Refund, Units Per Order, Units Sold (Aggregate), Order Volume (Aggregate)

    2. Frequency: Immediate

  4. Product Monitoring

    1. Condition: Product Review, Product Title, Main Image, Hijacker, Listing Variation, BSR, Buybox, Product Description, Listing Bullet Points, Brand, Manufacturer, Dimensions, Listing Price, Main Category, Subcategories, Adult Flag, FBA Estimated Fees, ASIN Merge, Out of Stock, Listing Suppression, FBA Blocked Listing, Product Type, Dimensions, Listing Price, Category, Adult Flag

    2. Subcondition: Any Rating, Rating, Positive Reviews, Neutral Reviews, Negative Reviews

  5. Profits

    1. Condition: Revenue, Cost, Net Profit, Margins (%)

    2. Subcondition: Summary, Amount, Amount Change, Percent Change

    3. Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly

  6. Marketplace Account

4. Select the appropriate Marketplace.

5. Select the Frequency.

6. Click Save to apply the alert.
