How do I create a Subscriber list?

Step-by-step guide to creating a subscriber list for custom alert notifications in FeedbackWhiz.

Subscriber lists let you manage who receives notifications from your custom alerts in FeedbackWhiz. You can create as many lists as you need and add recipients by email or from your existing contacts.

How to Create a Subscriber List

  1. Under the Alerts Settings tab, click on List Management.

  2. A pop-up will appear showing the lists already created.

  3. Click on + Create List.

  4. In the Create Subscriber List window, enter the title of the list under List Name.

  5. Add subscribers using one of the following options:

    • Add from Input: Enter multiple email addresses by using commas as separators or multiple lines.

    • Add from Contacts: Search for existing contacts by email or name.

  6. Click Add Emails to add them to the list.

Confirming the Invite

Please make sure you accept the invite sent to your email to be successfully subscribed as a notification recipient.

Once you have accepted the invite, you should start receiving alerts that have been set up for monitoring.
