We have removed open rate detection due to Amazon's new communications policy that no longer allows 3rd party providers to track open rates.

You can still easily track if your emails/requests are being sent:

If you are using a custom campaign, please log in to Seller Central and checked the "sent" emails to verify, you can refer to this article.

If you are using the Amazon campaign which automates the Request review button, please refer to this article.
