FeedbackWhiz is fully functional right after you successfully add a marketplace. It immediately begins importing orders and adding each listing it finds an order for.
Depending on your order history size, it can take from a few hours to 48 hours to fully fetch 1 year's worth of order history. You can keep track of order data syncing in Amazon Marketplace Settings.
If you have a listing that does not yet have any orders, you can import custom ASINs in Product Manager.
Product reviews may take up to 48 hours to sync. Please note that review monitoring is not available for Amazon US at this time.
